The Stop\, Breathe\, Think steps of our pause will ground us in silence to connect to our inner stability and peace. Our choose step will include a variety of mind/body practices to set a powerful intention for our day. \nMake SHIFT Happen when you CHOOSE to align your attention with meaning\, purpose\, and the personal strengths & virtues that sustain your journey with joy. \nMore and more… you can practice becoming a master of your moments not a victim of your day. \nIf time allows you will also have an opportunity to ask Coach Cami about your own mindfulness practices.
