In the quiet depth of winter, this retreat offers a gentle invitation to Stop | Breathe | Think | and Choose to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom of your heart. Through mindfulness instruction, spirit-centered meditation, and simple practices drawn from nature, movement, stillness, and silence, we explore pathways back to presence and inner coherence.
Guided by Coach Cami and anchored in the pathway of the Mindful Pause into your Heart Compass, this retreat creates space for restorative practices that nourish clarity, peace, and connection. Teachings will draw from contemporary mindfulness, yoga principles, and the psychological commentaries of Gurdjieff, along with other wisdom traditions that support awakening, self-remembering, and embodied presence. This is a mind, body, and Spirit-aligned retreat. All traditions and beliefs welcome.
A meaningful part of our time will be group coaching and shared dialogue, where the insights of others become mirrors and companions on your own path. Through witnessing one another with care, participants often discover deeper clarity, compassion, and belonging.
We’ll also explore moments of creative play, inviting the heart to awaken through curiosity, imagination, and embodied expression.
For those who wish, the retreat will include an optional half-day of silence—a gentle, accessible way to experience the restorative power of quiet contemplation.
