We recognize that the current COVID-19 crisis has increased our concerns about our health and well-being. Complex emotions, adapting to change, financial insecurity, and concern for our loved ones preoccupy our minds and are heavy on our hearts.
Self-care and resilience are the remedy for restoration and sustainability. Science has shown that your heart knows this and at times of stress it can become your teacher and guide. Before supplying vital oxygen so you can live, love, and be, your heart supplies itself with blood flow first… practicing self-care…and so can you.
With the new social distancing recommendations, we have transitioned our services online. Our wellness and resilience training services are designed to bring you 1:1 coaching or group sessions that equip you with strategies and new mind-body skills that are essential to your ability to adapt and restore.
