No competing commitments. Just time to deeply experience the mind-body connection that is necessary for holistic well-being. See how we work.

Locations

We regularly host retreats at Wild Rice Retreat or the Guided Resilience office space at  300 Manypenny  Ave. in beautiful Bayfield, WI. Other locations are offered on an intermittent basis.

The strain of current life events add fuel to an already accelerated level of stress of the modern era.
