What you can expect:
Your wellness journey can feel like an adventure…not another task. Many scenic hikes are guided by cairns – a stack of rocks that keep you oriented, guide you to scenic overlooks, and safely return you home. Coaching cairns guide you with:
- 4 – 60 min sessions via Zoom or phone (or 8 – 30 minute sessions)
- Access to secure coaching platform for accountability and record-keeping
