In a time when the world feels increasingly divided and heavy with uncertainty, this course offers a place to return to yourself — a place of stillness, compassion, and clarity.

What to Expect:

Discover practical tools to bring more clarity, calm, and resilience into your daily life. In this 8-week virtual course, Coach Cami offers a science-backed, heart-centered path to present moment awareness, self-regulation, and resilience.

Each week, you’ll receive a short teaching (video + handouts) to review at your own pace. Our live, 60-minute sessions focus on guided practice, meaningful reflection, and real-life application — so you leave with strategies you can immediately use.
