Current coaching clients and participants in my classes and retreats have expressed an interest in having a group coaching session to support efforts to sustain their growing Mindful Pause skills of self-care and mindfulness. Do you wish you had a community to support your efforts for well-being and resilience? If so, join me virtually on Mondays each week from 12:00 – 12:45pm for guidance and support.
Have you read my book? or parts of it? No matter where you are on your path of well-being, you have a place in this group.
This time will be devoted to practicing mindfulness skills in the company of a supportive and caring community. We will enjoy conversation on meaningful subject matter and share wisdom from the laboratory of you! Join me each month for a guided group session to include:
- a practice of a Mindful Pause with a variety of mindfulness practices to be explored
- the opportunity to share your personal growth around your holistic well-being and mindfulness skills
- safe space to explore your current challenges and receive coaching support from Coach Cami and the wisdom of the group
- the encouragement to commit to next steps in pursuit of your personal growth
