Cami Smalley is a masterful coach, inspiring speaker, and author of Mindful Pause: a self-care guide to resilience and well-being. Cami founded Guided Resilience to engage others in the pursuit of resilient and meaningful lives. Her holistic approach to well-being supports a a mindful path for personal growth and transformation when facing life adversity, challenge, or loss. Guided Resilience equips individuals with inspiration and support for living, working, relating, and being with an inner peace and joy. Coach Cami’s Mindful Pause path inspires individuals, teams, and organizations with programming for business, education, faith communities and support groups.
Cami recognizes the risk of being resilient to a fault – working tirelessly for others without regard for self. Her Guided Resilience approach prioritizes self-care as a personal and professional responsibility in the pursuit of well-being in body, mind, and spirit. She sees mindfulness as a fundamental self-care skill that contributes to achieving and sustaining the positive lifestyle choices that lead to resilient and meaningful lives.

How to Introduce Cami
Cami is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach. She founded Guided Resilience to share her Mindful Pause approach to well-being. And she is author of the book, Mindful Pause: a self-care guide to resilience and well-being. She currently resides in Bayfield, WI where she provides individual and group coaching, mindfulness training, and yoga instruction. Additionally, she offers programming and retreats at the beautiful campus of the Wild Rice Retreat along the shores of Lake Superior. Her holistic approach to well-being also supports business, education, and faith-based sectors as well as support groups.
Cami has decades of experience supporting well-being in the workplace setting. For nearly 10 years, she provided her coaching and training services to employees at Regions hospital in St. Paul, MN and the surrounding metro. In addition to coaching, Cami helped the hospital create a Center for Employee Resilience, and she contributed to several initiatives including supporting victims of workplace violence, departmental support during transitions, coaching return to work referrals, and an exciting lifestyle medicine approach to treating back and neck pain.
