These FREE 15 minute midday pauses refresh the body, mind, and spirit.

The steps of mindful pause will guide our practice:

These sessions will include a variety of Mindful Pause practices including a body practice or mindfulness exercise. This midday pause will interrupt the stress response and reclaim a connection to your inner stability and peace.
